What is Disable account?

The Disable account feature is a security measure that allows users to promptly freeze their accounts upon detecting any suspicious activity, such as unrecognized logins, unauthorized withdrawal requests, unauthorized password changes, or email hacking.

How to disable your account on the website

If you want to disable your account to safeguard your funds, please follow these steps.

  1. After logging in, go to My Page > Account:

  1. "In the 'Security Log' list, you can view all current sessions related to your account. If you encounter any activity that you do not recognize, you can disable your account by clicking on Disable account:


 

  1. Please carefully read the disclaimer message and click the box with ‘Disable account’. Disabling your account will result in the following:


        

  1. Once your account is disabled, you will be logged out from all devices. You can request to re-enable your account via our Support. For more information, please visit How to re-enable account article.

Via ProBit Global App

  • Login to your account and click on Settings > Security in menu
  1. Select ‘Disable account

  1. Please carefully read the disclaimer message and click ’Disable account

  1. After disabling the account, you will be logged out from all devices.
