If your withdrawal on Binance Smart Chain (BEP20) is delayed, please wait patiently. We will process it as soon as possible.

If your Binance Smart Chain (BEP20) deposit has not been credited to your wallet after December 17, 2023 at 15:26 (UTC+0), kindly contact our Customer Support team.

Users with missing BEP20 deposits simply need to provide our Customer Support team with a TXID of the missing transaction, and they will guide you through the recovery process.
