▶ Terms and Conditions
- ProBit Exclusive Lite sale is conducted on a subscription basis. Users may only subscribe with PROB within the subscription period.
- Users will receive UFT in proportion to the subscription rate. Unused PROB will be refunded during distribution time.
- All ProBit Exclusive Lite subscriptions made using PROB are accepted proportionately during the sale. ProBit Exclusive Lites are NOT first-come, first serve.
- Subscribed UFT are NOT subject to any lock-up period.
Examples:
- Over-subscription: Allotment to each participant will be proportionate to his or her application amount. For example, if UFT sale is 2X oversubscribed, all participants will receive 50% of their subscribed amount. If UFT sale is 10x oversubscribed, all participants will receive 10% of their subscribed amount.
- Undersubscription: If UFT sale is undersubscribed, all users will receive 100% of their subscribed amounts
- Results will be announced before the distribution on December 10, 2020 at 07:00 UTC.
