How Do I Report Crypto Gains on My Taxes?

Published date: June 8, 2020 at 06:54 (UTC+0)

If you own cryptocurrencies you may have to report your crypto gains on your taxes.

Each country has its own rules regarding taxes. Please refer to your government’s tax rules to know how to report your crypto gains.

If you need to download a csv file for tax reporting purposes, please follow the steps below:

Where to download the CSV reports?

You can find and download the CSV by accessing your Transaction History and/or Trade history. Make sure to download both documents if you wish to report your crypto gains.

  • Transaction History provides information regarding your deposits and withdrawals.
  • Trade history allows you to check all the trades you have completed in ProBit Global.

How to download the CSV report?

  1. Log in to your ProBit Global account and go to ‘Wallet’ →  Transaction History or ‘Orders’ → Trade history.

  1. Adjust the time frame to include the desired period. Please note that the maximum time frame for a single download is 3 months. Make sure to include dates within this duration.

  1. Click the ‘Download CSV’ button.

If you need to download your history for longer than 3 months, please make several separate downloads.
